누가복음 5:1-11
(Luke 5:1-11)
내려 놓음은, 한마디로 ‘패가망신’의 지름길이라고 생각합 니다. 힘겹게 쌓아 올린 명예, 갖은 방법을 동원해서 얻어 움켜 진 재물, 기회를 잘 포착해서 얻은 권력, 가족의 안전과 생명, 미래에 대한 모든 준비, 이 모든 것을 내려 놓으면 ‘그 순간 다 잃어버린다’고 생각합니다. 그래서 사람들은, 세상의 진리에 지배되어 그 무엇을 얻기 위해 이를 악물고 살아갑니다. 머리를 경박하게 굴리며 살아갑니다. 그리고 얻은 것을 놓치지 않 기 위해, 오늘도 내가 붙든 것을 놓치지 않기 위해 힘겨운 싸움을 계속하고 있 는 것입니다.
Letting go, in a nutshell, is a shortcut to “defeat.” I think if you put down the hard-earned honor, the wealth you’ve gained by all means, the power you’ve gained by seizing opportunities, the safety and life of your family, all preparations for the future, you lose every moment of it. So people, governed by the truth of the world, live their lives by gritting their teeth for what they’re getting. They live their lives by rolling their heads lightly. And they continue to fight hard not to miss what they’ve gained, and not to miss what they’ve got.
그러므로 내려놓음은, 순종함은, 결국 예수 그리스도의 ‘신적 기적’을 경험할 수 있는 절호의 찬스, 남을 도울 수 있는 계기, 나의 나된 모습을 발견할 수 있는 계기라는 사실을 믿으시기 바랍니다!
So, letting go means believing that obedience is, after all, a golden opportunity to experience the ‘God’s miracle’ of Jesus Christ, an opportunity to help others, and an opportunity to discover who I am!
그렇다면 인생의 영원한 안전과 얻음과 생명은, 지금까지 내가 움켜쥐었던 모든 것을 예수님에게 내려놓고, 오직 예수 그리스도만을 의지할 때 얻게 됨을 알 수 있습니다.
Then you can see that life’s eternal security and gain and life are gained when I put down everything I’ve ever grasped on Jesus and rely only on Jesus Christ.
우리는 ‘천국 노마드’입니다. ‘노마드’는 ‘유목민’이라는 의미로, ‘정착하지 않고 떠돌아다니는 사람’을 의미하는데, 우리는 ‘천국 노마드’로서 천성에 도착할 때 까지 하나님의 말씀에 순종하며 살아야 하는데, 하나님께서 ‘가라!’하시면 가고 ‘서라!’하시면 서고 ‘돌아가라!’하시면 돌아가야합니다.
We are “Heaven Nomad.” Nomad means nomadic people, a man who wanders without settling down. As Heavenly Nomad, we have to live in obedience to God’s words until we arrive at nature. If God says, go! If you say, go! If you say, stand! If you say, go, and go back, you should go back.
우리를 능하게 하실 성령님의 도우심으로, ‘천국 노마드’로서의 삶의 자세에 대한 올바른 결론을 내려서, ‘신적인 기적’을 체험하는 한 분 한 분이 되고, 주님의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
With the help of the Holy Spirit, who will make us competent, we come to the right conclusion about the posture of life as the ‘Nomad of Heaven’, become one person who experiences the ‘God’s Miracle’ and pray earnestly in the name of the Lord. Amen!
